Employment Arrangements definition

Employment Arrangements means, as to a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor, all terms of employment, compensation and Benefit Plans existing as of the Petition Date, including, without limitation, any employment, services, separation, severance, retention, incentive, bonus, or related agreements, programs or arrangements.

Employment Arrangements has the meaning set out in Section 1.4(c).

Examples of Employment Arrangements in a sentence

• The benefits conferred upon Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall be in addition to the benefits provided for under the other Employment Arrangements; provided, however, that duplicative benefits shall not be payable pursuant to this Agreement and any other Employment Arrangement and, for the avoidance of doubt, none of the benefits provided in this Agreement shall be payable to the extent they are otherwise payable under the other Employment Arrangements.

• The Company and each Subsidiary have performed all obligations required to be performed under all Employment Arrangements and are not in breach or violation of or in default or arrears under any of the terms, provisions or conditions thereof.

• Stage 2 - Discussions involving the employee/s, the shop steward/s and relevant Union Secretary/organiser or nominated delegates with the relevant line manager and a HR Consultant or other person nominated by the Manager, Employment Arrangements.

More Definitions of Employment Arrangements

Employment Arrangements means severance arrangements, employment ----------------------- agreements, retention bonus agreements or similar arrangements, whether now existing or hereafter entered into, with officers and employees of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.

Employment Arrangements means each of the Employment Agreements along with any other agreements or arrangements between Citadel and Solomon regarding employment, bonuses, severance, payments made upon a change of control of Citadel, tax gross-ups, benefits or similar agreements or arrangements, but shall not include any Stock Option Agreements or any agreements or arrangements pursuant to which Solomon has loaned money to Citadel.
