Resignation from All Positions. Upon the termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination or resignation, from and with respect to all positions the Executive then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the Board of Directors (and any committee thereof) of the Company and any of its Affiliates.
Resignation from All Positions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, upon the termination of the Executive's employment for any reason, unless otherwise requested by the Board, the Executive shall immediately resign from all positions that the Executive holds or has ever held with the Company and any other affiliate of the Company (and with any other entities with respect to which the Company has requested the Executive to perform services). The Executive hereby agrees to execute any and all documentation to effectuate such resignations upon request by the Company, but he shall be treated for all purposes as having so resigned upon termination of his employment, regardless of when or whether he executes any such documentation.

Upon the termination of the Employee's employment with the Employer for any reason, the Employee shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination, from all positions he then holds with the Employer as an Officer, Director, Employee and Member of the Board (and any committee thereof) (as applicable) and the Board of Directors (and any committee thereof) of any of the Employer's affiliates.
Resignation from All Positions. Upon the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall resign, as of the date of such termination, from all positions he then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the board of directors (and any committee thereof) of EWT Holdings I Corporation (“Holdings”) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company Group”). The Executive shall be required to execute such writings as are required to effectuate the foregoing.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, upon the termination of the Executive's employment for any reason, unless otherwise requested by the Board, the Executive shall immediately resign from all positions that he holds with the Company, UICI, its Subsidiaries and any of their affiliates (and with any other entities with respect to which the Company has requested the Executive to perform services), as applicable, including, without limitation, the Board and all boards of directors of any affiliates. The Executive hereby agrees to execute any and all documentation to effectuate such resignations upon request by the Company, but he shall be treated for all purposes as having so resigned upon termination of his employment, regardless of when or whether he executes any such documentation.
Resignation from All Positions. Employee hereby resigns as of the Severance Date from all positions Employee holds with the Company and all of its affiliates, plans and programs, including without limitation any positions as a director, officer and committee member. Employee agrees to execute the resignation in the form attached hereto to more fully acknowledge this resignation.
Resignation from All Positions. Unless the parties otherwise agree in writing, upon the termination or resignation of Xxxxxx’x employment with Altimmune for any reason, Xxxxxx shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination or resignation, from and with respect to all positions Xxxxxx then holds as an officer, director or employee with Altimmune and any of its affiliates.
Resignation from All Positions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, upon the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, unless otherwise requested by the Company, the Executive must immediately resign as of the Date of Termination or the Date of Termination for Good Reason from all positions that he holds or has ever held with the Company and any other member of the Affiliated Group (and with any other entities with respect to which the Company has requested the Executive to perform services), including, without limitation, all boards of directors of any member of the Affiliated Group. The Executive agrees to execute any and all documentation to effectuate the resignations upon request by the Company, but he will be treated for all purposes as having resigned on the Date of Termination or the Date of Termination for Good Reason, regardless of when or whether he executes any such documentation.
Resignation from All Positions. The Employee confirms that he has resigned, effective April 6, 2010, from all positions, if any, that he held with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, and without further compensation, Employee agrees to sign any documents reasonably requested by the Company to accomplish such purpose.
