Proprietary Information Agreement. Employee has executed a Proprietary Information Agreement as a condition of employment with the Company. The Proprietary Information Agreement shall not be limited by this Employment Agreement in any manner, and the Employee shall act in accordance with the provisions of the Proprietary Information Agreement at all times during the Term of this Employment Agreement.
Proprietary Information Agreement. Executive agrees to sign and be bound by the terms of the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement, which is attached as Exhibit B (“Proprietary Information Agreement”).
Proprietary Information Agreement. Executive agrees to enter into the Company’s standard Employment, Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement (the “Proprietary Information Agreement”) upon commencing employment hereunder.
Proprietary Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, and in consideration for the benefits provided for in this Agreement, Executive shall sign and comply with the Company’s Employee Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement (the “Proprietary Information Agreement”) attached hereto as Exhibit B. In addition, Executive agrees to abide by the Company’s internally published policies and procedures, as may be modified and internally published from time to time within the Company’s discretion.
Proprietary Information Agreement. The terms of the Proprietary Information, Inventions, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement by and between the Company and the Executive, entered into simultaneously herewith (the “Proprietary Information Agreement”) and any other similar agreement regarding confidentiality, intellectual property rights, non-competition or non-solicitation between the Company and the Executive, are hereby incorporated by reference and are a material part of this Agreement.
Proprietary Information Agreement. As a condition of his employment, Executive agrees to execute and abide by the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement (the "Proprietary Information Agreement") attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Proprietary Information Agreement. In connection with commencement of the Executive's employment with the Company, the Executive will sign the Company's standard executive proprietary information agreement, provided that its provisions, if any, concerning non-solicitation and non-competition shall be deleted in favor of the provisions herein.
Proprietary Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, you must sign and abide by the terms of the enclosed Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Proprietary Information Agreement. Executive will continue to abide by the Company’s standard Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (“Proprietary Agreement”).
Proprietary Information Agreement. You will be required to sign and abide by the terms of the enclosed proprietary information agreement, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference as Exhibit A.
