System Staffing. The Service Provider shall maintain an experienced and competent staff of IT professionals (which may include Independent Contractors) who are familiar with the People First System. The IT staff shall be maintained at a level sufficient to perform all ongoing maintenance to the system in accordance with Section 3.4 (“Ongoing System Operations Maintained by Service Provider”), complete system enhancements in accordance with Section 4.8 (“System Enhancement Hours”), complete all Change Orders in accordance with Section 4.9 (“Change Orders”) and implement Open Enrollment changes in accordance with Section 4.11 (“Open Enrollment”) of the Contract. The IT staff shall be managed by a dedicated, director-level position that possesses an extensive background in IT and project management. Where feasible, the Parties will cooperate to schedule release items at least one month in advance. With reasonable notice and justification, the Department has the right to remove any Service Provider or Subcontractor employee from directly performing Services under the Contract at its discretion. The Department has the right to request and receive system staffing numbers at any time during the term of this Contract.

The IT staff shall be managed by a dedicated, director-level position that possesses an extensive background in IT and project management. To optimize the Service Provider’s resources, the Parties will cooperate in the scheduling of work assignments for the IT staff at least one month in advance or more frequently if necessary. With reasonable notice and justification, the Department has the right to remove any Service Provider or Subcontractor employee from directly performing Services under the Contract at its discretion. The Department has the right to request and receive system staffing numbers at any time during the term of this Contract.

  • Staffing Consultant will designate in writing to Authority its representative, and the manner in which it will provide staff support for the project, which must be approved by Authority. Consultant must notify Authority’s Contract Representative of any change in personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract, and the Authority’s Contract Representative has the right to reject the person or persons assigned to fill the position or positions. The Authority’s Contract Representative shall also have the right to require the removal of the Consultant’s previously assigned personnel, including Consultant’s representative, provided sufficient cause for such removal exists. The criteria for requesting removal of an individual will be based on, but not limited to, the following: technical incompetence, inability to meet the position’s qualifications, failure to perform, poor attendance, ethics violation, unsafe work habits, or damage to Authority or other property. Upon notice for removal, Consultant shall replace such personnel with personnel substantially equal in ability and qualifications for the positions and shall submit the proposed replacement personnel qualification and abilities to the Authority, in writing, for approval.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Continuity Except as expressly modified hereby, the terms and provisions of the Agreement and all instruments, agreements or other documents executed and delivered in connection therewith shall continue in full force and effect. Whenever the “Agreement” is referenced in the Agreement or any of the instruments, agreements or other documents executed and delivered in connection therewith, such references shall be deemed to mean the Agreement as modified hereby.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Office and Support Staff During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
