Office and Support Staff. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
Office and Support Staff. The Executive shall be entitled to an office with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, at a level that is at least commensurate with the foregoing provided to other similarly situated officers.

Office and Support Staff. During the Contract Term, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to personal secretarial and other assistance, provided with respect to other executive employees of the Company.

After a Change of Control the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to those provided to the Executive as of the date immediately prior to the date of the Change of Control.
Office and Support Staff. During the Term, Executive will be entitled to office, furnishings and equipment of similar type and quality made available to other Peer Executives. During the Term, Executive will be entitled to secretarial and other assistance reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties and responsibilities.

During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to those provided to the Employee at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Commencement Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as provided at any time thereafter with respect to other key executives of the Employer in comparable positions.

During the Post-Change Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance in accordance with the most favorable Policies applicable to peer executives of the Company, but in no event shall such Policies be materially less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of those provided by the Company for Executive under such Policies in effect at any time during the 12-month period immediately before the Effective Date.
