Surrender of Property. Unless the Lease shall have been terminated pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, Tenant shall, upon the expiration or prior termination of the Term, vacate and surrender the Property to Landlord in the condition in which the Property was originally received from Landlord, except as repaired, rebuilt, restored, altered or added to as permitted or required by the provisions of this Lease and except for ordinary wear and tear (subject to the obligation of Tenant to maintain the Property in good order and repair during the entire Term of the Lease).

Surrender of Property. In the event of a valid forfeiture, cancellation, or other termination of this lease, Lessee shall surrender to Lessor peaceable possession of the Leased Premises and at the written request of Lessor shall deliver to the Lessor a written relinquishment hereof, together with a copy, if requested by Lessor within thirty (30) days after termination of this lease, of its engineering progress maps showing any workings made or uncovered by Lessee on the Leased Premises. The Lessee's factual exploration, development and production data including drill core and assay results (but excluding interpretive information or data) from the Leased Premises shall be available upon request to the Lessor.
Surrender of Property. Upon expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Master Lease on account of default after the expiration of the Recapture Period, Tenant shall deliver all keys to Landlord and surrender the Property in good condition, reasonable wear and tear, condemnation, and damage by casualty excepted. The Tenant shall execute and deliver from time to time, promptly after written request by the Lender, any instrument, agreement or document and shall take such other action as may be necessary or desirable in the reasonable opinion of Lender to effectuate the purposes of this section. If Tenant does not vacate the Property at the time required, Landlord shall have the option to treat Tenant as a tenant from month to month, subject to all of the provisions of this Lease (except that the term will be month to month and the Monthly Base Rent will be 125 percent of the amount of Monthly Base Rent then being paid by Tenant), or to eject Tenant from the Property and recover damages caused by wrongful holdover. Failure of Tenant to remove furniture or furnishings which Tenant is required to remove under this Lease shall constitute a failure to vacate to which this Section shall apply if such property not removed substantially interferes with occupancy of the Property by another tenant or with occupancy by Landlord for any purpose including preparation for a new tenant.
Surrender of Property. On expiration or termination of this Agreement, NCG shall surrender the Property promptly to Owner and at NCG’s sole cost shall remove from the Property all of NCG’s buildings, equipment and structures. NCG shall reclaim the Property in accordance with all applicable Governmental Regulations.
