Production Data. Seller has provided to representatives of --------------- Buyer aggregate production data on the Properties and data on lease operating expenses incurred on the Properties. To the best knowledge of Seller, all of such data is accurate and complete in all material respects as of the date provided.

Subject to such adjustments as are ordinary and customary in the oil and gas industry, to Concho Holdings’ knowledge, the production and other data furnished by Concho Holdings to Concho Resources and the Sellers in their review of the Concho Holdings Companies’ Properties, and any supplements thereto, is now, and on the Closing Date will be, complete and correct, in all material respects, and production has not decreased other than normal declines in production rates over time, individually, on a property-by-property or well-by-well basis or in the aggregate, from the production information furnished to Concho Resources and the Sellers, except that no representation or warranty is made as to reserve estimates, price projections, values assigned to reserves or other assumptions or projections, interpretive data or geophysical or seismic data included therein.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no representation or warranty is made as to reserve estimates, price projections, values assigned to reserves or other assumptions or projections, interpretive data or geophysical or seismic data included therein.
Production Data. Subcontractor shall provide the DCSEU and DOEE with direct access to the production data for each CREF within 14 calendar days of the Commercial Operation Date to enable the DCSEU to track and verify the electricity output. To satisfy this requirement, Subcontractor shall provide, at the sole discretion of the DCSEU and DOEE, the login credentials (or other agreed upon means of direct access) for each CREF inverter or the login credentials (or other agreed upon means of direct access) to a solar production monitoring system connected to an automated, revenue-grade solar production meter for each CREF that meets or exceeds SREC requirements.
Production Data. As of the Date of Production of the First Ton of Commercial Hydrocarbons, the CONTRACTOR shall submit a monthly production statement to the STATE that shall separately highlight the following information for each Exploitation Area and for the entire Contract Area:
