The Requesting Clause Samples
The Requesting clause establishes the procedures and requirements for one party to formally make requests to the other party under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the method of submitting requests, such as in writing or through a designated communication channel, and may specify the information that must be included for a request to be valid. Its core practical function is to ensure that all requests are made in a clear, consistent, and documented manner, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about what was requested and when.
The Requesting. Air Carrier shall pay to the Authority a Per Use Gate Fee for each such use of such Preferential Use Premises. In no event shall Requesting Air Carrier be required, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Section 5.03(B), to make any payment to the Airline for use of the Airline’s Preferential Use Premises.
The Requesting. Stockholders acknowledge and agree that AAC shall select the underwriter for an offering made pursuant to these provisions.
The Requesting. Stockholders acknowledge and agree that AAC need not effect a registration under these provisions if (i) in the written opinion of counsel for AAC, the Requesting Stockholders may sell without registration under the Securities Act all Registrable Securities for which the Requesting Stockholders requested registration under the provisions of the Act and in the manner and in the quantity in which the Registrable Securities were proposed to be sold, or (ii) AAC shall have obtained from the Commission a "no-action" letter to that effect. AAC agrees that all Registration Expenses incurred in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance pursuant to these provisions shall be paid by AAC, other than Selling Expenses consisting of the fees and expenses of the Requesting Stockholders' legal counsel and underwriting discounts or commissions with respect to the Requesting Stockholder's Registrable Securities.
The Requesting. State may make a specific request to the other state for information which it assumes may be obtained by the competent authorities of the Requested State. In this case, the request shall include concrete or specific details as to the relevancy to the specific taxpayer under examination or investigation. Prior to making the request, the Requesting State shall resort to the internal procedures provided in the domestic rules in force and in its own administrative practices until exhausting them, endeavoring to fulfill all the steps required by its own legislation for obtaining the desired information.
The Requesting. Contracting Party shall provide information, in compliance with its legislation, of the effective time limits for the deletion of Data. Irrespective of such time limits, Data relating to the person subject to readmission or transit shall be deleted as soon as the reason for which the Data have been transferred has ceased to exist. The Requesting Contracting Party shall be informed of the deletion of such Data and of the reasons for the deletion. In the case of termination of this Agreement, all Data received shall be deleted no later than on the date of the Agreement termination.
