Existing Network definition

Existing Network means the railway facilities of which Network Rail or a passenger or freight train operator is the facility owner (as defined in section 17(6) of the Railways Act 1993) and any network or asset in relation to which Network Rail holds its network licence;
Existing Network means the Purchaser's relevant computer equipment, network and telecommunications facilities (including but not limited to its billing systems) and all software, firmware and hardware used in relation thereto.
Existing Network means the distribution system that is currently installed and commissioned.

More Definitions of Existing Network

Existing Network shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Existing Network means the electronic network currently operated by ---------------- Peregrin under the Peregrin/OMA Agreement which shall be transferred to and become part of Pointshare's Services under this Agreement.
