Existing Network means the Purchaser's relevant computer equipment, network and telecommunications facilities (including but not limited to its billing systems) and all software, firmware and hardware used in relation thereto.

Existing Network means the railway facilities of which Network Rail or a passenger or freight train operator is the facility owner (as defined in section 17(6) of the Railways Act 1993) and any network or asset in relation to which Network Rail holds its network licence;

Existing Network means the set of account holders on a covered media platform with whom a user has consented to have a direct connection.

• The Contractor hereby grants to the Purchaser a perpetual, irrevocable (except under the conditions of Clause 22(I) below), royalty-free, non- transferable and non-exclusive license to use and install the Licensed Software on and in conjunction with the Systems and/or the Existing Network.

• NFN shall be responsible for, and shall provide directly, all maintenance and repair on the Existing Network and the Extended Network in a diligent, expeditious, good and workmanlike manner, using first class workmanship and materials, and NFN shall use its best efforts to cause the Extended Network to remain in good working order and condition at all times.

• Ten (10) days --------- following the end of any month in which a Termination Date has occurred, IDT shall refund to Net2Phone upon the request of Net2Phone that portion of the Existing Network Fee for such month representing the per diem charge for each circuit deemed terminated during such month (based on mileage) for the number of days in such month following the Termination Date with respect to such circuit.

More Definitions of Existing Network

Existing Network means the distribution system that is currently installed and commissioned.

Existing Network shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Existing Network refers to the list of service Accesses as of the effective date of the Contract, referenced in the Order, which are intended to migrate to the Target Network within the provisions of the Contract.
