Rebates. Premium rebates given by the Employment Insurance Commission shall be paid directly to the employees by the Employer.
Rebates. We are authorized to solicit, accept and retain for our own benefit, without making disclosure to you, any rebate, brokerage, commission, fee, benefit, discount and/or other advantage from any person arising from any Transaction effected by us. We are also authorized to offer at our discretion any benefit or advantage to any person in connection with such Transaction.
Rebates. Vendor shall pay Rebates to Division based on purchases of Products and/or Services by Purchasers in the amounts stated in Exhibit A, if any are stated therein. If a percentage is listed in Exhibit A for the Rebate, then the Rebate shall be determined by multiplying the stated percentage by the dollar amount actually paid by the Purchaser (excluding any added freight charges, taxes, and, if the Product is purchased from a Distributor, any Distributor markup; and net of any refunds or credits on Product returns) for Products and Services purchased hereunder. Rebates shall be paid to Division for payment by Division to Purchasers. The payment of Rebates is intended to be in compliance with the exception to the Medicaid and Medicare Anti-Kickback Statute set forth at 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b)(3)(A) and the “safe harbor” regulations set forth in 42 C.F.R. § 1001.952(h). Vendor shall provide an electronic report with each Rebate payment that contains sufficient detail to permit Division to accurately allocate the appropriate amounts to each Purchaser.
Rebates. To the fullest extent permitted by laws, CAL shall, at its absolute discretion, be entitled to solicit, accept and retain from any broker or other person any benefit in connection with any Transaction effected with any person for the Client, including (1) any commission, rebates or similar payments and (2) any goods or services, but CAL shall in connection with such benefits comply with the SFC’s rules as to the need for demonstrable benefit to CAL’s clients, Transaction, execution standards, brokerage rates and disclosure to CAL’s clients. CAL shall also, in its absolute discretion, be entitled to offer any benefit in connection with any Transaction effected with any person for the Client, including any commissions, rebates or similar payments and any goods or services. CAL will ensure that it shall exercise its rights under this Clause 12 in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Rebates. As an inducement to Seller to facilitate the prompt payment of the Accounts from Seller's customers ("account debtor"), Prestige agrees to return to Seller, a rebate of EIGHT percent (8%) if the accounts are paid to Prestige within 30 days, a rebate of SEVEN percent (7%) if the Accounts are paid to Prestige within 50 days, a rebate of SIX percent (6%) if the Accounts are paid to Prestige within 60 days, a rebate of FIVE percent (5%) if the Accounts are paid to Prestige within 70 days, a rebate of FOUR percent (4%) if the Accounts are paid to Prestige within 80 days, and a rebate of THREE percent (3%) if the Accounts are paid to Prestige within 90 days; a rebate of ONE percent (1%) if the accounts are paid to Prestige within 100 days.
Rebates. Seller or its Affiliates shall be responsible for any rebate payments to non-Affiliates with respect to the Products, whether by agreements, government mandate or otherwise, for all Products dispensed prior to the Product Transfer Date and for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter, and Buyer shall be responsible for any rebate payments with respect to the Products, whether by agreements, government mandate or otherwise, for all Products dispensed on or after thirty (30) days following the Product Transfer Date. With respect to Products dispensed during the calendar quarter in which Closing occurs, Seller shall be responsible for making such rebate payments, but the amount of such payments shall be prorated between Buyer and Seller based on the number of days remaining in said quarter as of thirty (30) days following the Product Transfer Date, or the end of that calendar quarter, whichever is earlier. If Seller or an Affiliate makes payment of rebates in its own name (after the thirty day period above) due to governmental requirements pertaining to Products for which Buyer is responsible, Buyer will reimburse Seller or its Affiliate such amount within thirty (30) days following the date Seller or its Affiliate notifies Buyer that Seller or its Affiliate has made such payments. Buyer reserves the right to request Seller to audit at Buyer's expense ($150/hour), any particular rebate charge to determine whether the rebate should be charged to Buyer or Seller under the terms hereof.
Rebates. (a) Any rebates available under this Agreement are strictly for new equipment and cannot be combined with any other Efficiency Nova Scotia offer. Any rebates provided under this Agreement are subject to change without notice. Efficiency Nova Scotia may, at its sole discretion, approve or reject any rebate at any time.
