Rebates. Premium rebates given by the Employment Insurance Commission shall be paid directly to the employees by the Employer.
Rebates. The State reserves the right to determine the disposition of any rebate settlement, restitution, liquidated damage, etc. which arise from the administration of this Contract.
Rebates. We are authorized to solicit, accept and retain for our own benefit, without making disclosure to you, any rebate, brokerage, commission, fee, benefit, discount and/or other advantage from any person arising from any Transaction effected by us. We are also authorized to offer at our discretion any benefit or advantage to any person in connection with such Transaction.

Rebates. To the fullest extent permitted by laws, CAL shall, at its absolute discretion, be entitled to solicit, accept and retain from any broker or other person any benefit in connection with any Transaction effected with any person for the Client, including (1) any commission, rebates or similar payments and (2) any goods or services, but CAL shall in connection with such benefits comply with the SFC’s rules as to the need for demonstrable benefit to CAL’s clients, Transaction, execution standards, brokerage rates and disclosure to CAL’s clients. CAL shall also, in its absolute discretion, be entitled to offer any benefit in connection with any Transaction effected with any person for the Client, including any commissions, rebates or similar payments and any goods or services. CAL will ensure that it shall exercise its rights under this Clause 12 in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Rebates. (a) Any rebates available under this Agreement are strictly for new equipment and cannot be combined with any other Efficiency Nova Scotia offer. Any rebates provided under this Agreement are subject to change without notice. Efficiency Nova Scotia may, at its sole discretion, approve or reject any rebate at any time.
Rebates. It is recognized and agreed that additional benefits granted by the Corporation in settlement of this current agreement satisfy the requirements of the refund provisions of the rebate sections of the Ontario Health Insurance and Employment Insurance Sick Leave legislation.
Rebates. If any taxes paid by Boeing are subject to rebate or reimbursement, Seller shall take the necessary actions to secure such rebates or reimbursement and shall promptly refund to Boeing any amount recovered.

Rebates. The CONTRACTOR agrees to advise Worksystems, in writing, of any forthcoming income resulting from lease/rental rebates or other rebates, interest, credits or any other monies or financial benefits to be received directly or indirectly as a result of or generated by funds under this Contract. Appropriate action shall be taken to proportionately reimburse the Awarding Agency from such income the “Awarding Agency,” if any, is identified on the signature page of the Contract).
