Reconnection. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.
Reconnection. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, the Participating TO’s electric system, and the CAISO Controlled Grid to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.
Reconnection after disconnection
Reconnection. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Distributed Energy Resource, Interconnection Facilities, and the Area EPS Operator’s Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.
Reconnection. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generator Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and EDC’s Electric Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following any disconnection pursuant to this section; provided, however, if such disconnection is done pursuant to Section 3.4.5 due to the Interconnection Customer’s failure to obtain prior written authorization from the EDC for Minor Equipment Modifications, the EDC shall reconnect the Interconnection Customer only after determining the modifications do not impact the safety or reliability of its Electric Distribution System.
Reconnection. If Your Service is suspended or terminated due to Your default or violation of this Agreement, We may require an additional deposit and a reconnection fee before reconnecting service. Advance payments will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If You fail to pay any amount on a subsequent xxxx, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Such credit amounts shall not earn or accrue interest.
Reconnection. If Your electricity supply is disconnected under clause 12, then We will arrange for the Network Operator to reconnect Your electricity supply when You ask Us to reconnect Your electricity supply and We are reasonably satisfied that the circumstances giving rise to the disconnection no longer exist. We can charge You a fee for reconnecting Your electricity supply except if the disconnection was due to:
Reconnection. If either party terminates a Service, you will be required, in addition to payment of all overdue balances, to pay a reconnect fee and trip charge (where applicable) before reconnection.
Reconnection of a cancelled service will involve the payment of a reconnection fee unless the reason for the cancellation was not caused by your conduct or default or has been caused by our breach of the Customer Service Agreement or other default.
