Sunday and Holidays. Shift workers on continuous shifts for work on a rostered shift the major portion of which is performed on a Sunday or holiday shall be paid as follows:
Sunday and Holidays. Overtime for shall be double time for each hour worked when an employee is called in to work on Sunday or a holiday. The Sunday or holiday rate of pay will apply when employees are required to work when the District is closed due to inclement weather or emergency conditions.

Sunday and Holidays. Change to Read: For Front-End, Grocery. Produce, Deli/Meat/Seafood, and Drug/GM employees hired after December 10, 1987. December 13, 1987 and March 26, 1994 respectively: Employees will be paid time and one- half (1-1/2) their straight-time hourly rate of pay for hours worked over forty (40) in a holiday week. Employees may work a 32 hour work week, if mutually agreed upon, during a holiday week. Sunday and holiday rotation will not apply to employees hired after December 10, 1987, December 13, 1987, and March 26, 1994 respectively of the Agreement.
Sunday and Holidays. (a) The Company will endeavour not to schedule or require work on holidays (as listed in this Agreement) or Sundays, and an employee shall have the option of declining such work. When such work is performed by an employee on a holiday, the employee shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times his regular rate of pay, in addition to holiday pay. When such work is performed by an employee on a Sunday, the employee shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times his regular rate of pay. Premiums shall not be pyramided.

In the event the testing technician, through no fault of the technician or of the Consultant, is unable to conduct a test within thirty (30) minutes after the time scheduled for the test or within thirty (30) minutes of the technician’s arrival on-site ready to conduct the test, whichever is later, the appropriate hourly technician rate from Attachment “1” shall apply to any excess time spent by the technician beyond the normally expectable amount of time for conducting such a test plus thirty (30)
Sunday and Holidays.
