Request for Additional Services a) The Customer may, from time to time, request ▇▇▇▇▇ to submit to the Customer a written proposal to perform an Additional Service. On receipt of any such request, if Kineo wishes to provide such Additional Services, Kineo shall respond to the Customer with a proposal for that Additional Service within the reasonable period agreed by the parties.
b) Within a reasonable period after receiving ▇▇▇▇▇’s proposal, the Customer may query any matter in the proposal and shall, in writing:
i. accept the proposal in full ii. negotiate (in good faith) variations to the terms of the proposal and, subsequently accept or decline the amended proposal; or
iii. decline the proposal.
c) If the Customer fails to provide such notice in writing, it shall be deemed to have declined the proposal.
d) If the Customer accepts a proposal under Clause 3.7(b), the relevant Additional Services shall be recorded in a SoW or in an addendum and shall be provided by Kineo in accordance with such SoW or addendum and this Agreement.
Request for Additional Services. The Purchasers may from time to time request the provision of additional services or the extra provision of existing Services. This request, if accepted by the Provider, will be governed by the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed. All additional Services will be by way of a variation to this Agreement.

Client must provide prior written request for additional services and such services shall be provided pursuant to the Professional Services Agreement at Colligo’s then-current labour and expense rates. Additional Services include but are not limited to: (a) after-hours support; (b) enhancements to the Licensed Software; (c) software installations or migrations; (d) application or infrastructure monitoring or maintenance; (e) outage management; and (f) training and consulting services (including technical training on matters such as software setup, installation, configuration, functionality, operations and troubleshooting).

The Customer may, by written request to the Servicer (which may be in an email), request that the Servicer provides services in respect of the Aircraft which are outside the scope of the Services including, without limitation, services relating to periodic inspection of the Aircraft, the re-delivery of the Aircraft, the sale or re-lease of the Aircraft, any enforcement action required in relation to the Aircraft or assistance with the financing or refinancing of the Aircraft (the Additional Services). If the Customer makes such a request, the Servicer may submit to the Customer a written proposal (which may be in an email) for the performance of the Additional Services (an Additional Services Proposal). The Servicer and the Customer shall then discuss the Additional Services Proposal, provided that the Servicer shall not be under any obligation to undertake any Additional Services until the Customer has agreed in writing (which may be in an email) that the Servicer is authorised to undertake the Additional Services on its behalf and to pay the Servicer’s fees and expenses relating thereto.
Request for Additional Services. Tenant shall have the ability to request additional heating/air conditioning service hours at an hourly charge of $35.00 per hour. Landlord shall have the option to adjust the hourly charge to accommodate for rate fluctuations incurred from the local utility company. Tenant shall be notified in writing from Landlord of rate changes regarding additional services.

When an amendment to/additional Services and/or System functionalities are required from the Service Provider, the approved Supply Chain procedures, as applicable to Local Government, will be followed for all such events. 6.2.1 Detailed specifications of all business/service requirements;
6.2.2 The Service Provider’s proposed solution, in sufficient detail of Services to be provided and technical design specifications by the Service Provider, as may be required.
6.2.3 The pricing for such additional service should be in accordance with the transparency principles as set out elsewhere in this Agreement.
Request for Additional Services. If you request an additional service or request changes to accounts or services you already have with us through the FirstBank Florida On-Line Banking service, FirstBank Florida is authorized to process said request as if it were a written request signed by you.
Request for Additional Services. 9.1 In the event that Master Licensee requires Panasonic to provide any additional services, functions or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement, or services requiring Third Party involvement, Master Licensee may notify Panasonic in writing using the Request Form of such proposed alteration or variation of the Transitional Support Services (“Work Order”).
9.1.1 If Panasonic is agreeable to performing such proposed alteration or variation of the Transitional Support Services in the Work Order, Panasonic shall, within five Business Days of receipt of the notice from Master Licensee requesting alterations and/or variations in accordance with Clause 9 above, provide to Master Licensee a written quotation for such Work Order, specifying what charges (if any) will be payable and any agreed timelines or milestones, and where there is Third Party involvement, details on such Third Party sub-contractor for such Master Licensee’s approval in accordance with Clause 9.1.3.
9.1.2 In providing such quotation, Panasonic’s rates must be reasonable and not deviate materially from the prevailing market practice in relation to the price or rates charged for such work and shall be no less favourable than those typically offered to Panasonic’s Related Corporations.
9.1.3 Upon receipt of such quotation, Master Licensee may elect either:
(i) to accept such quotation in which case the services to be performed under the Work Order accepted by Master Licensee shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or
(ii) to withdraw the proposed alterations in such Work Order in which case, this Agreement shall continue in force unchanged. For the avoidance of doubt, Master Licensee shall be entitled to engage another party to provide the services requested in such Work Order, in which event Panasonic shall, subject to Master Licensee reimbursing Panasonic reasonable costs agreed between the Parties in writing, co-operate with such party or parties in connection with any work relating to such Work Order, and it being clarified that Master Licensee shall deal solely with such other Third Party that it has appointed in respect of troubles or difficulties arising from the engagement of such party.
Request for Additional Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SIEMENS shall be entitled to request that Company provide any of the Additional Services. Additional services may be provided to SIEMENS or directly to the Customers as subcontractors of SIEMENS company may not otherwise provide Services directly to SIEMENS's Customer without the express written consent of SIEMENS. Customer is advised that such requests will incur an additional five dollars ($5.00) fee per task. All requests for additional services must be made at the time the booking request is made.
