Fourth of July. The Father shall have the minor children during odd-numbered years and the Mother shall have the minor children during even- numbered years, including the weekend, commencing at 10:00 a.m.
Fourth of July. However, Directors, Associate Directors and Staff Directors will work one-half the vacation days during Winter and Spring vacations.
Fourth of July. If all other bargaining units agree to change the date on which a holiday is observed, the Union will agree to the change. Nothing in this paragraph changes the number of holidays previously listed in the contract. For ten (10) month employees, holidays are not counted as part of the 180-day work year.
Fourth of July. The Fourth of July Independence Day has been a long-standing tradition on the St. Helens waterfront. The Contractor should expect to collaborate with community organizations in an effort to ensure a quality event while minimizing the impact on City's financial Transient Room Fee resources. • Spirit of Halloweentown This event has grown into an international sensation attracting tens of thousands of visitors to experience the magical place where Halloweentown was filmed in the late 1990's. The event has expanded from a modest community celebration into a month-long program where the City transforms and embraces the Spirit of Halloweentown. Past activities have included celebrity visitors, character actors, music, performances, meet and greet events, tractor rides, parking management, vendor management, festivals, tours, haunted houses, gift shop, and much more. The event provides the opportunity for community organizations and nonprofits to generate revenue to support community programs throughout the year while supporting local business and covering the expenses of operating the event. • Christmas Tree Lighting The Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony occurs annually on the evening the Portland Christmas Ships visit in December. This event oversees the decorating and take down of the Court House Plaza decorations including the Christmas Tree lighting and activities the night of the event. Traditionally, the City assists in the tree installation, decorations The City provides the ship captain's dinner, Xxxxx and Xxx. Xxxxx visit, amplified or live music, free hot chocolate, warming barrels and in 2018 there was a tribute fireworks program.
Fourth of July. When the July Fourth holiday falls on a Friday or Saturday, the holiday 15 will result in ten (10) additional floating holiday hours, pro-rated for less than one 16 hundred percent (100%) employees. When the July Fourth holiday falls on a Sunday, 17 the holiday shall be observed on the Monday following the holiday. In these two 18 situations, the historic holiday of July 4th will also be compensated at the holiday pay 19 rate as specified in 11.04.2. These floating holiday hours are subject to the same 20 provisions specified in 11.05. Unit members hired after the July Fourth holiday shall 21 not be entitled to these additional floating holiday hours for the contract year.

Fourth of July. If the holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the holiday shall be taken either the preceding Friday or the following Monday, at the discretion of the Executive Director.
Fourth of July. No custodial or maintenance personnel or the assistant bus mechanic shall be required to perform duties on any of the above paid holidays, except in cases of emergency. When graduation exercises are held on Memorial Day weekend, a custodian may elect to work on Memorial Day. In such event, the custodian and the administration shall mutually agree to another day in June or July which the custodian may take to compensate him/her for such time. This arrangement is agreed to so that the custodian will have the opportunity to have a three-day weekend which he/she missed because of his/her work schedule associated with graduation exercises.
Fourth of July. A. Full-time employees on a twelve- (12) month status will receive their regular rate of pay for the above holidays.
