Substantial Completion Inspection. When Contractor considers the entire Work or part thereof Substantially Complete, it shall notify ODR in writing that the Work will be ready for Substantial Completion inspection on a specific date. Contractor shall include with this notice Contractor’s Punchlist to indicate that it has previously inspected all the Work associated with the request for inspection, noting items it has corrected and included all remaining work items with date scheduled for completion or correction prior to final inspection. The failure to include any items on this list does not alter the responsibility of Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. If any of the items on this list prevents the Project from being used as intended, Contractor shall not request a Substantial Completion Inspection. Owner and its representatives will review the list of items and schedule the requested inspection, or inform Contractor in writing that such an inspection is premature because the Work is not sufficiently advanced or conditions are not as represented on Contractor’s list.

Substantial Completion Inspection. 6.26.2.1 Within three business days after receipt of the request for the Substantial Completion inspection of the Work, the A/E shall notify the CM of acceptance or rejection of the request, stating reasons for any rejection.

Substantial Completion Inspection. The University shall schedule an inspection to take place no later than seven (7) business days following the University’s receipt of the ESCO’s Notice of Substantial Completion and the submittals required by Section 7.3.3, to determine whether Substantial Completion of the work has been achieved. The Substantial Completion Inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.15 herein and shall be attended by representatives of the ESCO and the University. In the event that the University has performed preliminary inspections of the work pursuant to Section 5.15, the Substantial Completion Inspection shall be limited to the inspection of work not previously inspected and previously approved by the University. It should be noted that prior to submission of a notice of substantial completion inspection to University, the ESCO shall have itself performed a thorough inspection, and created a punch-list containing incomplete or incorrectly completed items of work. The punch-list shall have been prepared by the ESCO and delivered to the University at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled date of the substantial completion inspection. Within fifteen (15) business days after the Substantial Completion Inspection is complete, the University shall either process the Substantial Completion package described in Section 7.3.4 hereof or give the ESCO written notice of all corrections required for the work to be substantially complete. If the University gives such notice to the ESCO, the ESCO shall have the right to submit another Notice of Substantial Completion to the University as soon as the ESCO has completed all corrections described in the University’s notice, and the University shall hold another Substantial Completion Inspection within fifteen (15) business days following receipt of ESCO’s notice that it has completed all such corrections.
Substantial Completion Inspection. AVCON will perform, together with the Authority’s authorized representative, one initial inspection at each airport to determine if the project has been completed in accordance with the contract documents and if the contractor has fulfilled all its obligations. AVCON will assist the Authority in the preparation of a punch list based on the inspection.

Substantial Completion Inspection. 1. As soon as all planting is completed, a review and preliminary inspection to determine the condition of the vegetation will be held by the Owner’s Representatives upon request by the Contractor.
Substantial Completion Inspection. The Contract Administrator will schedule an inspection to verify Substantial Completion (the “Substantial Completion Inspection”) after Artist notifies the Contract Administrator in writing that the Artwork is ready and available for inspection. Contract Administrator will concurrently alert County’s Risk Management Division regarding the impending completion of the Artwork. Any deficiencies observed at the Substantial Completion Inspection shall be identified by County in an inspection report and must be corrected by Artist within the deadlines identified in the inspection report. A copy of the inspection report shall be provided to Artist within ten (10) business days after the Substantial Completion Inspection.
