Substantial Completion Inspection. 6.26.2.1 Within three business days after receipt of the request for the Substantial Completion inspection of the Work, the A/E shall notify the CM of acceptance or rejection of the request, stating reasons for any rejection. .1 Within seven days after its acceptance of the CM’s request, the A/E shall conduct the Substantial Completion inspection to determine whether the Work, or designated portion, is in conformity with the Contract Documents and Substantially Complete.
