Phased Completion. The Contract may provide, or project conditions may warrant, as determined by the ODR, that designated elements or parts of the Work be completed in phases. Where phased completion is required or specifically agreed to by the parties, the provisions of the Contract related to Closing Inspections, Occupancy and Acceptance apply independently to each designated element or part of the Work. For all other purposes, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, Substantial Completion of the Work as a whole is the date on which the last element or part of the Work completed receives a Substantial Completion certificate. Final Completion of the Work as a whole is the date on which the last element or part of the Work completed receives a Final Completion certificate.
Phased Completion. The AVI team proposes that the corridor study be completed in (2) phases to ensure accurate, complete, and timeliness of the Parsley Blvd. Corridor Plan and meet the needs and future schedule of the WYDOT bridge replacement project. The first phase would be comprised of the 35% Improvement Plans including the roadway plan, profile, roadway typical section(s), and cross sections for the I-80 Bridge Replacement Project and the second phase would be the Parsley Boulevard Corridor Study completion.
