Sick and Vacation Leave. Annual sick and vacation leave shall continue to be available to unit members who are rehired with one year of separation from employment.

Sick and Vacation Leave. Leave will be paid as time used up to a maximum of ten (10) hours per day. Jury Duty: Jury duty will be paid as outlined in this agreement up to a maximum of ten (10) hours per day. Administrative Leave: Administrative leave will be paid as time used up to a maximum of ten (10) hours per day. Military Leave: Military leave will be paid in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Operators working 4/10’s will be entitled to paid military leave up to a maximum of ten (10) hours per day within the limits defined by statute. Current state regulations grant public employees up to twenty-on (21) days of paid leave per twelve (12) month period. Light Duty: Light duty will be paid as hours worked. Operators may be assigned to a shift that varies from their regular schedule while performing light duty. Number of Assignments: 4/10 assignments shall not exceed five (5%) percent of the total number of fixed route runs. This figure may be adjusted slightly per agreement with the Union. Current scheduling parameters require that the number of 4/10 bid positions are a multiple of three SHUTTLE: The Union and Xxxxxx Transit agree to discuss 4/10 scheduling for Specialized Transportation assignments. The terms and conditions of this section apply only to 4/10 work schedules for Transit Operators and shall not be construed to have a more general application.
Sick and Vacation Leave. 1.1 Employees shall no longer receive annual leave. Rather, employees will separately accrue vacation leave and sick leave.
Sick and Vacation Leave. As of March 31, 2021, Xx. Xxxxx has 2072.5 hours (259.06 days) of accumulated, unused sick leave. Xx. Xxxxx will continue to accumulate sick leave and vacation consistent with District policies until his resignation.

Sick and Vacation Leave. It is the intent of the parties that Employee shall be entitled to at least the same level of sick and vacation leave as other full-time employees of SEJPA, based upon his years of service to SEJPA. Employee shall be entitled to seven weeks (280 hours) of vacationleave and be entitled to sick leave as prescribed by Resolution 2019- 03, or any superseding Resolution, provided that, notwithstanding the provisions of that resolution: (1) Employee may not take sick or vacation leave in increments of less than one half day; and (2) the calculation of conversion of sick and vacation leave to cash, if any, shall be based upon the Base Salary set forth above, and assume that Employee works a 2080 hour annual schedule. For purposes of this section a full day shall be considered to be 8 hours.
