VACATION AND VACATION PAY. 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

VACATION AND VACATION PAY. 10.01 The Employer agrees to pay each employee vacation pay in the amount of ten percent (10%) of, and in addition to his hourly wage rate.
VACATION AND VACATION PAY. 11.01 All employees will be entitled to receive an amount equal to six (6%) percent of their base hourly rate for all hours worked as vacation pay. When performing work that is considered Non- Construction, Vacation Pay will be processed as per Employment Standards.

The parties agree that vacation pay shall be deemed to include payment for Public Holidays as defined in the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA) as amended from time to time, and that such manner of payment is equivalent to, or greater than any like benefit required by the ESA.
