SERVICE VACATION. In addition to annual vacation, as defined in Article where a regular employee has sewed continuously for a periodof (30) years, he shall become entitled to one (1) calendar month's special vacation, with pay, as a reward for long and faithful and such leave shall be taken not later than one (1) year prior to retirement.
