Actively at Work, or Active Work means a person is performing the material and substantial duties of his or her regular occupation for compensation.
If an Employee is not actively at work on a full-time basis at a business establishment of the Employer (the "Active Work Requirement") when he/she would otherwise become eligible for participation, the eligibility date for participation will be deferred until the first day thereafter on which he/she does comply with the Active Work Requirement.
For absolute clarity, the Executive shall not be entitled to any bonus payments beyond the effective date of termination or during any period of contractual or reasonable notice that does not constitute Active Work Time.
Otherwise, your Benefit will become effective on the first day after your next full day of Active Work.
