Section 4.7. Bulletin Boards. 34 The District shall provide designated bulletin board space in each school for the use of the Association. 35 The bulletins posted by the Association are the responsibility of the officials of the Association. Each 36 bulletin shall be signed by the Association official responsible for its posting. Unsigned notices or 37 bulletins may not be posted. The responsibility for the prompt removal of the notices from the bulletin 38 boards after they have served their purpose shall rest with the individual who posted such notice.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.
