Nasdaq National Market Listing. Parent shall authorize for listing on the Nasdaq National Market the shares of Parent Common Stock issuable, and those required to be reserved for issuance, in connection with the Merger, upon official notice of issuance.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. Acquiror shall cause the shares of Acquiror Common Stock issuable to the stockholders of Target in the Merger to be authorized for listing on the Nasdaq National Market.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. Parent shall promptly prepare and file with Nasdaq a Notification Form for Listing Additional Shares with respect to the Conversion Shares, and shall use its reasonable efforts to obtain, prior to the Closing, approval for the listing of such shares of Parent Common Stock, subject only to official notice to Nasdaq of issuance, and each Investor, severally but not jointly, agrees to cooperate with Parent with respect to such filing.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. Parent shall cause the shares of Parent Common Stock issuable in the Merger to be authorized for listing on The Nasdaq National Market.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. The Buyer shall file with the Nasdaq National Market a Notification Form for Listing of Additional Shares with respect to the Buyer Common Stock issuable in connection with the Merger.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. Parent will promptly prepare and submit a NASDAQ listing application and will use its reasonable best efforts to cause the Parent Merger Shares to be authorized for trading on the Nasdaq National Market as soon as practicable.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. Acquiror agrees to file with the ------------------------------ Nasdaq National Market prior to the Effective Time a Notification Form for Listing of Additional Shares with respect to the shares of Acquiror Common Stock issuable, and those required to be reserved for issuance, in connection with the Merger, upon official notice of issuance.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. Parent will use its reasonable best efforts to cause the Parent Merger Shares to be authorized for trading on the Nasdaq National Market as soon as practicable.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. The Common Shares have been approved for inclusion on the Nasdaq National Market, subject only to official notice of issuance.
Nasdaq National Market Listing. The shares of Parent Stock issuable to the Company stockholders pursuant to this Agreement shall have been authorized for listing on the Nasdaq National Market upon official notice of issuance.
