Building Location. No building shall be located on any lot nearer to the front lot line or nearer to the side street line than the 20' minimum building setback lines shown on the recorded plat. Building Location. Without exception, all building setback lines will comply with setback requirements of all applicable zoning ordinances and governmental regulations. Any detached living structure in the rear yard of a Lot will be no closer to the street than the rear line of the main structure. Each main residence building will face the front of the lot.
