Section 17.2.4. 6 Any employee who changes job positions or classifications shall receive full longevity credit 7 regarding step placement on Schedule A.

Section 17.2.4. 33 Any employee who changes job positions or classifications, which results in movement to a 34 higher paying category, shall be placed on the appropriate step on Schedule A to insure a salary 35 increase. Section 17.2.4. 1. In the following job position movement, mutual consent of both parties 44 (employee/employer) necessary to waive Section 17.2.4: 45 46 1. Movement from Assistant Custodian Step 3 to Custodian Step 1.

Receipts shall be required to verify 39 expenditures. 40 41 Section 17.6. 42 Employees required by State Regulations or District policy to attend training, execute certificates, or 43 become recertified, as a condition of continued employment, shall be reimbursed for all fees, costs 44 and/or expenses. Employees shall also be compensated at the current Step 0 wage for their 45 classification for all time expended as "hours worked" pursuant to Section 17.1 above.

Additional time worked shall be paid at no less than fifteen (15) minute increments.
