Additional Time Worked. A. Building-based unit members shall for compensation purposes work a normal workday that extends ninety (90) minutes beyond the daily dismissal of students and also extends to and includes supervision of building events and activities such as plays, social/athletic events, open houses and curriculum nights. They are not eligible for additional compensation during the normal workday as described in this paragraph.
Additional Time Worked. During the school year, outside of summer and vacation periods: If the part-time employee is performing extra work or is subbing in the same title in which they normally serve, the employee will be paid at the present step and grade for the current title in which the employee serves. If the part-time employee is performing extra work or is subbing in another title, they will be paid at step 1 of the grade for that specific substitute title.
Additional Time Worked. All members of the eligible unit employed beyond their normal assignment for comparable work of a professional nature shall be paid 1/200th of their annual salary for the actual days assigned and worked beyond their normal work year.
Additional Time Worked. Any teacher who is required to work any additional days for the Woonsocket Education Department shall be paid at his/her appropriate daily rate of his/her annual gross salary as defined in section 9-1.04.
Additional Time Worked. 2 Any additional time worked beyond the hours scheduled for the nurse 3 for that scheduled shift of eight (8), nine (9), ten (10) or twelve (12) 4 hours. 6 Notwithstanding the foregoing, time spent in staff meetings and education 7 does not count toward overtime unless the nurse exceeds a scheduled shift 8 of eight (8), nine (9), ten (10) or twelve (12) hours, or forty (40) hours in a 9 workweek. 10 11 Overtime compensation will be paid at two (2x) times the straight-time hourly 12 rate for all hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) consecutive hours. The 13 Hospital shall not post schedules or require any employee to work more than 14 one (1) shift in a payroll day, but such shifts may be assigned with the 15 employee’s consent as required to meet unexpected scheduling problems. 16
