Section 16.2. 11 Salaries for employees subject to this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, are contained in 12 Schedule A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 16.2. 29 All provisions of this Agreement shall be applicable to the entire term of this Agreement 30 notwithstanding its execution date, except as provided in the following section.
Section 16.2. 2 All employees in positions covered by this Agreement who fail to provide such licenses and/or 3 certificates as may be required by State or local law or regulations, will not be allowed to work under 4 the terms of this Agreement until said certificate is provided to the Human Resources officer, and/or 5 Director of Transportation. Whenever additional licenses and/or certificates are required, the District 6 will give every assistance possible to the employee, and will reimburse the employee, not to exceed 7 one hundred dollars ($100) annually including out-of-pocket co-pays, toward the cost of their CDL 8 physical if not covered by insurance. Receipts are required for reimbursement. However, it is the 9 obligation of the employee to keep the required licenses and/or certificates in force and failure to do so 10 may be deemed cause for disciplinary action, suspension without pay, or discharge in accordance with 11 Section 11.1.
Section 16.2. 2. 38 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 of this Agreement if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVIII, Section 18.3, such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 42 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 2 Members from this bargaining unit may select from any of the full district insurance programs (medical, 3 dental, vision, salary, life, or other programs) as may be approved and authorized by the District.
Section 16.2. 12 At the discretion of the District, other new hires shall be permitted to transfer prior work experience, when 13 it can be verified, year for year to the limits of Schedule A.
Section 16.2. 22 Probationary employees shall be evaluated prior to the expiration of their probationary period.

Personnel Files. 9 Classified employees shall have the right to review their personnel file by making an appointment for such 10 purpose through the office of the Superintendent. 12 Each classified employee shall have the right to review, initial, copy, and attach his/her own comments to 13 evaluations or other material made a part of his/her personnel file. 15 Personnel files of classified employees are confidential. Personnel files shall be available for inspection 16 only to supervisory personnel, employee, and the employee's duly authorized representative. 18 There shall be only one (1) personnel file, which shall be kept in the office of the Superintendent.
