Review of Progress. The ASEAN Economic Ministers' Meeting and its subsidiary bodies shall review the progress of implementation and coordination of the elements contained in this Agreement.
Review of Progress. The Contracting Parties will on an annual basis or whenever deemed necessary review progress under this Agreement.
Review of Progress. Contractor and Contractor's employees or contractors providing services to students under this Agreement shall document implementation of delivery of service on a service log substantially in the form depicted in SCHEDULE 4 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The log shall identify the following: student name, provider name, date of service, length of service (i.e. 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.), progress notes, missed services and the reason the service was missed. Service logs shall be submitted to the School on a monthly basis.

Review of Progress. 3.1 The Parties shall agree a programme of work on a planned basis in order to complete the Research Project proposed by the Scholar and approved by the Council. The Parties agree to update the programme of work at an agreed frequency.
Review of Progress. Contractor will work diligently to meet all timelines mutually established by Contractor and the District. The District reserves the right to monitor the progress of Contractor. Upon request by the District, Contractor shall provide periodic status reports to the District with approximate timelines for completion of the Services, and other information reasonably requested by the District.

An instructor on probation will have his/her progress reviewed periodically by the Supervising Xxxx with special attention paid to any reduction or correction of the stated deficiencies. The Supervising Xxxx and the Chief Academic Officer shall then recommend to the College President either the removal of probation or termination of contract. The instructor will be notified in writing with a copy to the Association, by April 1 if his/her contract is to be terminated or by April 15 if he/she is to be removed from probation.
Review of Progress. Consultant agrees to review its progress either verbally or in writing, as requested by CLIENT from tune to time, and, upon request by CLIENT to inspect all work accomplished and/or in progress pursuant to this Agreement.

The Department will review Puerto Rico’s and PRDE’s progress in meeting the terms of this Agreement by assessing how well Puerto Rico and PRDE design and implement solutions to the programmatic compliance issues in the covered Federal programs that are addressed below, by the demonstrated communication, cooperation, and organizational changes undertaken by Puerto Rico, PRDE, and other Puerto Rico agencies with management responsibility for Federal education funds, and by assessing Puerto Rico’s and PRDE’s completion of specific agreed-upon corrective action steps. The approaches adopted by Puerto Rico and PRDE should include effective planning and evaluation of resource and management decisions that are designed to result in compliance with all programmatic requirements by the end of the period covered by this Agreement, and to produce better educational results for Puerto Rico students. In making the changes required to meet the terms of this Agreement, it is important to understand that the Agreement is not only designed to bring about compliance with Federal programmatic requirements but to improve education for the students of Puerto Rico. The Department, Puerto Rico, and PRDE will judge the success of this Agreement by: determining whether PRDE has met all the terms of this Agreement, assessing whether PRDE is in compliance with all Federal programmatic requirements identified below, and determining how successful Puerto Rico has been overall in improving its educational programs.
