LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS. 29.1 Developer warrants and certifies that, to their knowledge, any person providing services hereunder has the requisite training, license, and/or certification to provide said services and meets the competence standards promulgated by all other authoritative bodies, as applicable to the services provided herein.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS. 1. Pre-employment licenses and certifications will be at the employee’s expense and on their own time. Any licenses and certifications necessary to meet the minimum qualifications of the position will be obtained at the employee’s expense and on their own time.

Contractor will provide a list of all personnel that will serve students under this Agreement identifying the credentials held by the listed personnel, and provide true copies of such licenses and certifications.

Her experience and knowledge in both environmental compliance and drinking water utilities has given her a unique understanding of the importance of efficiently operating and maintaining critical water facilities while meeting the vast array of environmental compliance requirements. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS. Consultant shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, all necessary licenses and certifications (if any) in the performance of this Agreement.
