RESIDENT GUIDE. The Resident acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Resident Guide and agrees to abide by its terms. Any changes to the Resident Guide shall be effective only after 30 days notice is given of such changes. The Resident Guide, together with the Addenda, attached hereto as Exhibits “A” - “J” are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

RESIDENT GUIDE. 8.1 The Company has issued and maintains a guide for Residents in and of the Home (the “Resident Guide”). The Resident Guide contains, among other things, details of the services the Company provides, the rights and requirements of Residents, certain of the Company’s policies, including those applicable to each Resident at the Home.
RESIDENT GUIDE. All Residents receive this Lease and a Resident Guide at the time of lease-up. The Resident will also receive any revisions the PHA determines necessary to the Resident Guide, as they occur, from the PHA.
