Investment Guidelines definition

Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines adopted by the Board, as amended from time to time, pursuant to which the Adviser has discretion to acquire and dispose of Investments for the Company without the prior approval of the Board.
Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).
Investment Guidelines means the Partnership’s investment policies and restrictions contained in the Partnership Agreement. See “Investment Guidelines and Restrictions”.

Examples of Investment Guidelines in a sentence

  • The Advisor shall coordinate with, and consider any input from, the Company’s executive officer team in order to ensure that the Advisor’s activities are carried out in a manner consistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Investment Guidelines.

More Definitions of Investment Guidelines

Investment Guidelines shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.
Investment Guidelines means the general criteria, parameters and policies relating to Investments as established by the Board of Directors, as the same may be modified from time-to-time.
