Investment Guidelines definition

Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).
Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines adopted by the Board, as amended from time to time, pursuant to which the Adviser has discretion to acquire and dispose of Investments for the Company without the prior approval of the Board.
Investment Guidelines means the general criteria, parameters and policies relating to Investments as established by the Board of Directors, as the same may be modified from time-to-time.

  • The Sub-Adviser may buy, sell or engage in transactions involving derivatives and other notional contracts (collectively, “Derivatives”), whether or not traded on any exchange or contract market, in managing the Sleeve in accordance with the Fund’s Registration Statement, other public filings with the SEC and the Investment Guidelines.

More Definitions of Investment Guidelines

Investment Guidelines shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.
Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines of the Company described in section 1.3 of this Annual Information Form.
Investment Guidelines means those guidelines for the investment of assets in the General Account Portfolios as set forth in Exhibit I or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.
