Residential Dwelling. Any one of the following: (i) a detached one-family dwelling, (ii) a detached two- to four-family dwelling, (iii) a one-family dwelling unit in a condominium project or (iv) a one-family dwelling in a planned unit development, none of which is a dwelling unit in a residential cooperative housing corporation, mobile home or Manufactured Home.

Residential Dwelling. The Tenant will not at any time use the Premises as a residential dwelling.
Residential Dwelling. A one- to four-family dwelling, a unit in a planned unit development, a unit in a condominium development, a townhouse or a manufactured housing unit which is non-mobile.
Residential Dwelling. Unit means, for purposes of calculating Density, a unit intended to be occupied for residential living purposes; one single-family residential dwelling and each separate unit in a multi-family dwelling, apartment building, or condominium equals one Residential Dwelling Unit.

Residential Dwelling. Milgard will provide Parts to correct a Nonconformity for a Claim made by the Original Owner of an Owner-Occupied Residential Dwelling as follows: Mainframe: at no charge during the lifetime of the Product as installed. IGU & components: at no charge within 20 years of the date of manufacture (“Manufacture Date”). For subsequent owners of an Owner-Occupied Residential Dwelling, Milgard will provide Parts at no charge to correct a Nonconformity for 10 years of the Manufacture Date.
Residential Dwelling. Each Burdened Lot shall be used primarily for residential purposes. Anything in this Covenant to the contrary notwithstanding, no recurring business activity of any kind whatsoever shall be conducted on any Burdened Lot (for the purposes of this Covenant, “recurring business activity” does not prohibit telecommuting, but does prohibit increased business traffic to and from the Burdened Lot and business activities that constitute a nuisance to the primary residential use of Pinnacle Point by the Members as determined by the Board in its sole and reasonable discretion).
Residential Dwelling. MI will provide Parts to correct a Nonconformity for a Claim made by an Owner of an Owner-Occupied Residential Dwelling2 as follows: Mainframe: at no charge for a Claim made during the lifetime of the Product. IGU & components: at no charge for a Claim made in years 1-10 from the date of manufacture (“Manufacture Date”), and at 50% of list price for a Claim made in years 11-20 from the Manufacture Date. Commercial Application. MI will provide Parts at no charge to correct a Nonconformity in the mainframe, IGU or components for a Claim made within 10 years of the Manufacture Date by an Owner of a structure other than an Owner-Occupied Residential Dwelling. Labor & Shipping. MI will provide Skilled Labor2 necessary to repair the Product and pay shipping costs for two (2) years from the Manufacture Date. Owner is responsible for the cost of all non-skilled labor, and for any labor or shipping costs for a Claim received more than two (2) years after the Manufacture Date. A fee will be charged for inspections requested more than two (2) years after Manufacture Date. MI shall not be responsible for the cost of labor or materials required for repairing or restoring any material or surfaces beyond the Product. MI is not responsible for any labor when a complete replacement unit is provided. Owner must provide access to the interior and exterior of the Product, and provide any scaffolding or lift equipment necessary to reach Product not accessible with a 15’ extension ladder. Where safe and practical access is not available, MI shall be required to provide only the Parts and will not be responsible for labor. If Owner fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, MI may leave the Parts and/or charge a separate fee to return and complete the service. Modified Coverages. Laminated and painted frames: 10 years for peeling, blistering, or excessive ultraviolet discoloration. Blinds between the glass and integral shades: 10 years for obstruction of vision and one (1) year for significant impairment in usage. Simulated divided light: 10 years for Nonconformity. Laminated and impact IGUs: Five (5) years for Nonconformity. Insect screens: Two (2) years for Nonconformity. Hardware in coastal applications: Two (2) years for corrosion. Warranty Claim Process.
