General Guidelines. Players and Families are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner which is in keeping with representing CD. Lobos in MYSA and will not bring discredit upon the Association. Respect for the property of others, adherence to the rules and guidelines as specified by the Coach and/or Team Manager and observance of State and Federal law are required for participation in this program. Discipline Rules: Substance use and/or possession of drugs, alcohol or tobacco or showing of violent behavior during Club Deportivo Lobos activities is cause for immediate dismissal from the program for the remainder of the season. It is the player’s and family’s responsibility to prevent situations from occurring and avoiding situations that occur. You must take total responsibility for your actions. Irresponsible and disrespectful behavior by a player and/or their family members will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not exclusive to: • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards other players, coaches, families, officials, and other spectators (parent coaching is inappropriate and disrespectful to your coach) • Derogatory comments to other teammates, coaches, officials , opposing teammates, and spectators • Inappropriate language to other teammates, coaches, officials, opposing teammates, and spectators • Disruptive behavior • Physical and/or verbal violence • Intimidation Behavior that is not befitting a C.D. Lobos player could result in removal from the game, probation, or suspension from the team. Equally, if a family member’s behavior is not befitting of the C.D. Lobos, the player can be benched, removed from a game, placed on probation, or suspended from the team. If family member’s behavior is inappropriate, that individual can be asked to leave a game, be placed on probation, and asked not to attend any further practice or game events.   • With respect to each particular Product of a defined type, the parties will generate and execute a set of specific guidelines for that particular Product (the "Specific Guidelines"), which will list those of the responsibilities contained in the General Guidelines that are applicable to that particular Product, will allocate each such responsibility to one of the parties, and will credit to such party the weight associated with such responsibility in the General Guidelines.
