Addendum A definition
Addendum A means the form attached to this Agreement, as updated by the Plan Administrator on an annual basis. If there is a conflict in any terms or provisions between the Addendum A and this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Addendum A means the addendum entitled "OPPS APCs for CY 2018," or its successor, developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (Medicare) for use in the Medicare Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) system under Code of Federal Regulations, title 42, part 419, as may be amended from time to time.
Addendum A means an agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I.

Addendum A. This Addendum forms a part of the Amended and Restated Promissory Note and Security Agreement effective February 27, 2001 ("the Note") by and between Thomas P. Bowie ("Borrower") and Penn-America Insurance Company ("▇▇▇▇▇▇").
