Underwriting Guidelines. The underwriting guidelines of the Seller, a copy of which is attached as an exhibit to the related Assignment and Conveyance.

More Definitions of Underwriting Guidelines

Underwriting Guidelines means the standards, procedures and guidelines of the Seller for underwriting and acquiring Mortgage Loans, which are set forth in the written policies and procedures of the Seller, as in effect from time to time, a copy of which shall have been provided to Buyer as required hereunder and such other guidelines as are identified and approved in writing by Buyer.
Underwriting Guidelines. As to each Mortgage Loan Package, the written underwriting guidelines in effect as of the origination date of such Mortgage Loans, mutually agreed upon by the Seller and Purchaser, and delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser, as may be revised and modified, from time to time, by mutual agreement of the Purchaser and the Seller to reflect changes to the Underwriting Guidelines.
