Renewal of Membership. The Membership Term is one year from the Membership Commencement Date. Members may renew their Membership each year by paying the applicable annual Membership Fee on or before the anniversary of their Membership Commencement Date. If the Renewal Membership Fee is not paid on or before the Renewal deadline, the Membership will be subject to Cancellation by the Company. Membership Renewal shall be automatic, subject to the Member’s Cancellation right, by charging the Membership Fee to the Member’s authorized credit card on each anniversary of the Membership Commencement Date.
Renewal of Membership. After termination of your Membership, you will need to pay the Initiation Fee again if you decide to renew your Membership.

At the end of the first 12 month subscription, this agreement will automatically renew for successive one year subscriptions unless either party gives the other party written notice of its intent not to renew at least three months prior to the end of the then-current subscription IAB GCC will automatically issue an invoice to the member for the following year’s membership two months prior to renewal date. The IAB GCC Board of Directors will notify the member for any alterations to the membership fee structure within thirty days of their adoption. In the event of such alterations, the member has two weeks from the notification date to inform in writing the IAB GCC of their wish to cancel the membership subscription. In the event the member does not send a written notification within the prescribed period, IAB GCC shall be entitled to assume that the member accepts the alterations to the membership structure fee and that this agreement remains in full force and binding.
Renewal of Membership. If Member is selected as either a Pico and/or Nano Round winner, Member will be provided with the exclusive right to renew his or her Membership at the end of this Agreement’s one-year term. If Member is not selected as either a Pico and/or Nano Round winner, such renewal will be on a first-come, first-serve basis at the expiration of said membership.
Renewal of Membership. Membership renewals are not automatic. Members will be assessed every year by the Manager/Choreographer before the renewal of their membership. Members who auditioned to become Performing Members or who auditioned as Solo or Group Act Performers will not be required to re- audition to renew their membership.

Renewal of Membership. Continuing membership is conditional on the payment of the applicable subscription fee for the following year. We will send you a written reminder for any subscription fee payable by you prior to the expiry date of your membership. You may renew or extend your membership at any time by forwarding to RCI the applicable subscription fee. If payment is not made within the date specified on the written reminder and we nevertheless agree to accept the renewal, we reserve the right to charge a re-instatement fee in addition to the applicable subscription fee; payment of this re-instatement fee is also a condition of renewal. We also reserve the right to refuse to renew a membership for good reason, including without limitation if required to do so by the laws, rules or regulations of any local, state, national or federal governmental entity or by any judicial, public, regulatory or law enforcement authority or court and any fees paid for an application for renewal which is refused will be returned.
Renewal of Membership. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that vHealth receives the payment for renewal of membership renewal at least two weeks prior to the vHealth Membership Card expiry. vHealth is not responsible and assumes no liability for any disruption of service in case the payment gets delayed or the payment cheques are dishonoured. In case of dishonoured cheques, a penalty shall be charged. The membership card services will remain suspended till the realization of the payment. RENEWAL CHARGES: The charges for renewal can be conrmed by calling the vHealth's helpdesk, a month in advance of the expiry date. Kindly note that any benets associated with the Membership shall not be available to the vHealth Member, after the card validity has lapsed. LOST CARD: In case of loss of membership card, a duplicate membership card may be issued at the nominal charges of Rs. 100 /- (plus the applicable taxes). The tenure of the membership will remain as specied in the initial membership card. COMPLAINTS: vHealth Members are advised to address their complaints, if any, to vHealth representatives. However if you are not satised, you may write to us at our registered ofce address or mail vHealth at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx. The member's rights or duties under this agreement may not be assigned or delegated without the prior express written consent of vHealth. vHealth Member agrees that he / she will use his / her membership only for his / her personal benet. The Member is solely responsible for paying directly to the vHealth Medical Partner for all services rendered unless otherwise agreed upon by the vHealth Member and vHealth Medical Partner. vHealth is in no way responsible for any services provided by the vHealth Medical Partner. Any grievance arising out of claims and/or services related to the insurance cover shall be directly pursued with Tata AIG. vHealth is in no way responsible for any services provided by the Tata AIG in connection with the Insurance Policy. The vHealth Membership Card provides the vHealth Member access to a network of voluntarily participating medical professional / dentists & other medical partners / vendors who are independent practicing professionals (as dexxx above “vHealth Medical Partner”). Participating Medical providers are independent contractors in private practice and are neither employees nor agents of vHealth and
Renewal of Membership. The Company shall, at its sole expense, renew the Employee’s membership with World 50 for an additional twelve (12) month period at any time prior to the date on which the Employee’s current World 50 membership is scheduled to expire; provided that the Company’s obligation with respect to such cost shall not, in any event, exceed $65,000.
