Membership Term definition

Membership Term means the period during which you hold your Membership being the period from the Commencement Date until the Expiry Date (or earlier if your Membership is cancelled in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions).
Membership Term means the 20-year term of validity of the Membership collectively enjoyed by the Core Member / Next Member as discussed in Clause 2.4;
Membership Term means the 15-year term of validity of the Membership as discussed in Clause 2.3;

Examples of Membership Term in a sentence

  • The Privileges under the Membership are subject to partial or complete suspension upon the Company’s absolute discretion, if during the Membership Term (discussed in Clause 2.4), there incurs any Penalty Charge and/or other fees for which the Core Member / Next Member are jointly and severally responsible but fail to fully settle within the due date so specified in the invoice.

  • The first category (yearly limited number of usage) and the second category (yearly points earned) of the Privileges shall be cumulative upon each and every use by any of the Core Member and/or Next Member, and upon any of such Privileges having been used up in any given year during the Membership Term, the Company reserves the right to charge additional fee(s) therefor upon availability and/or upon the Core Member and/or Next Member’s request (as the case may be).

  • It is understood also that at present the Privileges, to which the Core Member / Next Member will enjoy throughout the Membership Term, are divided into two (2) categories, whereby those of the first category are fixed with the number of usage once, or subject to a limited number of usage per each year, throughout the Membership Term, while those of the second category are available per each year as complementary or via reduction of points yearly earned by the Core Member / Next Member.

  • Reserve Membership (Invitation only) The Upgraded Membership can be applied during the 5-year Membership Term.

  • Without limiting the generality of any other terms and conditions stipulated herein, the Core / Next Members agree and acknowledge that, at any time during the Membership Term or any time thereafter (as the case may be) based on the Company’s discretion, the Company may waive its right to demand any compliance with the terms and conditions of this Platinum Membership Agreement or the E-Privilege manual from the / Next Core Member.


More Definitions of Membership Term

Membership Term means the one-year period commencing on the Membership Commencement Date (or each anniversary thereof upon Renewal of a Membership) and ending the day before the next anniversary of the Membership Commencement Date.

Your membership details are the details about your membership that we send to you after you submit your application for membership. we, us means your Fernwood Home Club. you, your means the person who is specified as the member in your membership details.
Membership Term is the period of months specified on the membership application form, during which the Agreement cannot be terminated by the member. This is a minimum of 3 or 12 full monthly payments. Discounted, Referral Credit, Credit or Pro-Rata part months do not count towards the Membership Term.
Membership Term refers to the duration of the Initial Membership Term and any Renewal Terms.
Membership Term means (unless, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, declared as arising or concluding at a different time) the elapsed time from the Acceptance Date month and the last day of the calendar month arising eleven consecutive calendar months immediately thereafter (the “Initial Membership Term”). Thereafter each subsequent Membership Term shall automatically run for 12 consecutive calendar month durations unless a Member themselves ceases participation or the Promoter terminates their Membership.
