Other Member’s Sensitive Information. Member recognizes that WomanSpeak has received and in the future will receive information from third parties, such as other Circle Members, which may be personal, embarrassing, sensitive, or confidential (“Sensitive Information”). Member agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter Member owes WomanSpeak and such third parties a duty to hold all such Sensitive Information concerning such third parties in the strictest confidence and not to disclose it, except as necessary in carrying out Member’s Membership activates and not to use it for the benefit of anyone other than for Company or such third party.
