Structure Fee definition

Structure Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.28 hereof.

Structure Fee means the fee to be paid by Borrower to the Arrangers pursuant to a separate letter or letters to be executed by Borrower and Arrangers effective on the Closing Date.

Structure Fee means the fee Licensee shall pay to NGrid under this Agreement for the right to install a Structure and utilize the Land as authorized herein.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.
