Initiation Fee. B. A graduate student employee may consent in writing to the authorization of the deduction of the one-time initiation fee and Union dues, or of agency fees, from their pay and to the designation of the Local as the recipient thereof. Such consent shall be in a form acceptable to the Administration and shall bear the signature of the graduate student employee. Payroll Deduction
Initiation Fee. The initiation Fee for Harbor Sailboats membership in the amount of $ shall be paid upon the signing of this agreement.

Initiation Fee. In partial consideration of the licenses and rights granted by PVI to Licensees under this Agreement, Cablevision shall pay PVI an initiation fee of US $7,500,000 ("Initiation Fee") as follows: $2,500,000 shall be paid upon the First Closing as defined under that certain Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement between PVI Holding, LLC, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Cablevision, and PVI dated this date (the "Stock Purchase Agreement"), and $5,000,000 shall be paid upon the Second Closing as defined under the Stock Purchase Agreement (provided, that if there is no Second Closing for any reason other than solely attributable to default by Cablevision, the second $5,000,000 payment shall be considered irrevocably waived). Payment of the Initiation Fee shall be creditable against the payment of any future royalty, revenue sharing obligation, enhancement fee, equipment fee or other monetary obligation of any Licensees to PVI under this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties as they may so provide therein. The Initiation Fee payable hereunder shall also be creditable against the payment of future royalty, revenue sharing obligation, enhancement fee, equipment fee or other monetary obligation of Licensees under the Joint Collaboration and License Agreement to be entered into by the parties.
Initiation Fee. (a) Employees shall tender the initiation fee by signing the Authorization form.

Initiation Fee. Applicant acknowledges and agrees that in the event this Application and Agreement is not accepted, and Membership is denied, the amount of the Initiation Fee paid by Applicant shall be fully refunded to Applicant, without interest. If Applicant’s Application and Agreement is accepted and Applicant is approved for Membership, Applicant further acknowledges and agrees that in the event the Membership is subsequently resigned or terminated for any reason, the entire Initiation Fee is non-refundable, and no portion thereof shall be returned to Applicant.
Initiation Fee. All new employees hired shall have deducted from the first pay due to the said employee a sum equivalent to the initiation fee as certified from time to time by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union. The aforementioned employees, as a condition of employment, shall be required to maintain their membership in the Union in good standing.
Initiation Fee. There may be a one-time initiation fee which Member and/or Buyer shall be required to pay upon execution of the agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions with The Company or as otherwise agreed to by The Company. This fee will change from time to time at The Company’s discretion. This fee is nonrefundable. Resignation from The Company shall not terminate the obligation to pay the initiation fee in full. There will be no further initiation fee as long as the Membership has not terminated or expired.
