By forwarding Sample Clauses
The "By forwarding" clause establishes that any action taken by forwarding information, documents, or communications is considered an official act under the agreement. In practice, this means that when a party forwards an email, notice, or other correspondence, it is treated as if they have formally delivered or communicated that information as required by the contract. This clause ensures that forwarding is recognized as a valid method of communication, thereby reducing ambiguity about whether forwarded materials fulfill contractual notice or delivery obligations.
