Recognition for Experience. (1) One additional step will be granted for each year of related instruction experience.

Recognition for Experience. All teachers shall be given full credit on the salary schedule for all in-District teaching experience and for up to ten years of prior teaching experience in any other school district accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.

Registered nurses hired during the term of the Agreement shall be compensate data wage level equivalent to their years of continuous recent nursing experience for purposes of this section, continuous recent nursing experience shall be defined as verifiable clinical nursing experience as a registered nurse in an accredited hospital, ambulatory care setting, long term care setting, home health agency or equivalent health care experience acceptable to the Employer; including agency work, without a break in nursing which would reduce the level of nursing skills. New hires with experience will get year for year credit but will be capped at Step 20.
Recognition for Experience. Newly hired Employees shall receive up to step two on the scale based on their previous relevant experience, as determined by the Employer. No newly hired employee will receive an hourly rate that is above current employees with the same experience. Such advance placement on the scale will not be considered for the purposes of other benefits.
Recognition for Experience. Nurses with recent experience in home health care shall receive full credit for each year worked. Nurses with recent experience in any other type of nursing care shall receive not less than 50% credit for each year worked. Newly hired nurses shall be placed on the appropriate step of the wage schedule corresponding to the credit received.
Recognition for Experience. A newly hired employee shall be given credit for actual years experience on the salary schedule, set forth in appendix A, for each full year of teaching experience in any school accredited by a recognized accredited agency.
Recognition for Experience. Effective January 1, 2019, full-time Nurses will be given credit on a one (1) for one (1) basis for prior experience in the ER, ICU, and CCU, up to a maximum of 10 years/ 11 steps. Documentation must be supplied toHuman Resources and received prior to date of employment or within ninety (90) days of ratification of this Agreement.
Recognition for Experience a. It is the intention of the Board to place a teacher coming to the system for the first time on the proper step of the salary schedule. He/she will be given credit for the level of advanced training they have successfully met. He/she will receive credit for each full year of experience up to a maximum of eight (8) years. In the event that negotiation efforts have not resulted in the award of experience raises or credit for advanced training from the previous year, new employees will not be rewarded for their most recent year of experience. When a new agreement offering these raises has been reached, all employees will receive full allowable credit.
Recognition for Experience. (a) To qualify for the Bargaining Unit Employee’s annual increment, a Bargaining Unit Member must teach a least fifty percent (50%) plus one (1) day of the actual days school was in session in that school year.
