Long Term Care. 30 Any bargaining unit employee covered by this agreement may participate in a 31 long term care insurance program developed by the Union and the County (consistent with 32 carrier contracts), the monthly premiums to be paid individually through payroll deduction. 3 5 6

Long Term Care. The Employer agrees to pay sixty cents ($0.60) based on all hours earned, into the Local 183 Members’ Benefit Fund for the purpose of purchasing benefits for Long Term Care.
Long Term Care. The CMHSP shall assume responsibility for people who are verified to meet the Michigan Mental Health Code eligibility criteria and who are determined by the MDHHS through the PASARR assessment process to be ineligible for nursing home admission due to mental illness or developmental disability. Service shall not be denied or delayed as a result of a dispute of financial responsibility between the CMHSP and long-term care agent. The MDHHS shall be notified in the event of a local dispute and the MDHHS shall determine the responsibility of the CMHSP and the long-term care agent in these disputes.
