It is the intention Clause Samples
The "It is the intention" clause serves to clarify the parties' mutual understanding or objectives regarding a particular aspect of the agreement. This clause typically outlines the desired outcome or purpose behind certain provisions, such as specifying that both parties intend for a contract to comply with applicable laws or to foster a collaborative relationship. By explicitly stating the parties' intentions, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and provides interpretive guidance if disputes arise, ensuring that the contract is read in line with the original objectives of the parties.
