Quantum of Leave. Subject to clauses 29.4 and 29.5, the amount of long service leave to which an Employee shall be entitled shall:

Quantum of Leave. For the purpose of the NES, a shiftworker is an employee who works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends during the yearly period in respect of which their annual leave accrues and is entitled to an additional week’s annual leave on the same terms and conditions.

Quantum of Leave. (a) Annual leave entitlements accrue progressively during a year of service.
Quantum of Leave. Long Service Leave will be due to an Employee after 10 years of continuous service. For service prior to 21 October 2000, Long Service Leave shall accrue at the rate of thirteen weeks (494 hours) for fifteen years of continuous service. For service after 22 October 2000, Long Service Leave shall accrue at the rate of thirteen weeks (494 hours) for ten years of continuous service. The entitlement of an Employee taking Long Service Leave shall be debited at the rate of 38 hours each week for the time the Employee was rostered to work during the period taken as Long Service Leave.
Quantum of Leave. All part-time and full-time employees are entitled to four (4) weeks annual leave each year in accordance with the NES. Annual leave accrues throughout the year based on the ordinary hours of work. Shiftworkers are entitled to one (1) additional week of leave in accordance with the NES. For the purpose of the additional week of leave provided by the NES, a shiftworker is defined as an employee who regularly works over seven days of the week and regularly works on weekends and public holidays. The additional week of leave will accrue based on the Shiftwork hours worked as a part-time or full-time employee.
Quantum of Leave. (i) Teachers employed under this agreement are entitled to 13 weeks long service leave after completing 10 years of continuous teaching service.
Quantum of Leave i For the purposes of annual leave in the NES, a shiftworker is set out below and entitled to an additional week’s annual leave: • An employee who works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends during the yearly period in respect of which their annual leave accrues; or • An employee who works at least eight 24 hour care shifts during the yearly period in respect of which their annual leave accrues.
