Access to Documents. To the extent applicable to this Agreement, in accordance with §1861(v)(I)(i) of the Social Security Act (42 USC §1395x) as amended, and the provisions of 42 CFR §420.300 et seq, Contractor will allow, during and for a period of not less than four (4) years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, access to this Agreement and its books, documents, and records; and contracts between Contractor and its subcontractors or related organizations, including books, documents and records relating to same, by the Comptroller General of the United States, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and their duly authorized representatives.
Access to Documents. No faculty member shall be refused a request to inspect and copy documents relating to any claim of discrimination to which the faculty member is a party, except for records that are exempt from the provisions of the Public Records Act, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes.

The Master Servicer shall make available to the Primary Servicer, at a reasonable time, such information as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing in connection with the performance of the Services and, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 3.15 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, shall make available to the Primary Servicer or Persons designated by the Primary Servicer such documents related to the Mortgage Loan and the A/B Mortgage Loans and the Servicing of the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans as the Primary Servicer shall reasonably request in writing.
Access to Documents. The Executive shall have the right to obtain copies of any Company or Bank documents that the Executive reasonably believes, in good faith, are necessary or appropriate in determining her entitlement to, and the amount of, payments and benefits under this Agreement. 1. GUARANTEE. The Company hereby agrees to guarantee the payment by the Bank of any benefits and compensation to which the Executive is or may be entitled to under the terms and conditions of the Bank Agreement. 1. REQUIRED REGULATORY PROVISIONS. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, any payments to the Executive by the Company, whether pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, are subject to and conditioned upon their compliance with section 18(k) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended, 12 U.S.C. ss.1828(k), and any regulations promulgated thereunder. Access to Documents. No faculty member shall be refused a request to inspect and copy documents relating to the faculty member’s claim of discrimination, except for records which are exempt from the provisions of the Public Records Act, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, provided, however, that the University Administration may charge for copies of documents in accordance with law, rule, University procedures, and this Agreement.
