Project and Services – Trend Micro Professional Services (the. “Service”) Trend Micro Licence Professional Service Package Worry Free Services Trend Micro Standard Onboarding Package Worry Free Services Advanced OR Worry Free XDR Trend Micro Advanced Onboarding Package Customer Prerequisites and Responsibilities Whilst the changes required to enable the service would be achieved in partnership with Vodafone, the Customer environment and the changes remain the responsibility of the Customer. Depending on the service, some or all the following items may be relevant.  Customer to provide full details of any existing service that provides similar services.  Customer is responsible for all communications to end users.  Customer is responsible for the removal of the product currently providing the Service.  Customer is responsible for the modification of the MX records.  Customer to provide access to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform for integration purposes. The Customer takes responsibility for changes made to the MDM.  Customer is responsible for changes required for integration with their Microsoft 365 tenancy. Service Methodology The Service will be provided by Vodafone Professional Services team based in the UK. The Trend Micro service portal/s will be provided, hosted, maintained and supported by Trend Micro. The Customer would select the service depending on their requirements. The Vodafone Professional Services team could work with the customer to configure the Trend Micro service portal/s to meet the customer requirements. The Trend Micro Endpoint application activation method would be agreed as part of the delivery. Worry Free Services – Endpoint Security  Endpoint Administration/Configuration/Deployment Worry Free Services Advanced  Endpoint Administration/Configuration/Deployment  Cloud App Security  Email Security Worry Free XDA  Endpoint Administration/Configuration/Deployment  Cloud App Security  Email Security  Extended Detection and Response (XDR) Customer Deliverables The following deliverables are available to the Customer depending on the licenses purchased and the Customer requirements: Professional Service Package Deliverables Trend Micro Standard Onboarding Package Deliverable 1: Trend Micro configuration and deployment.   • Use of local labour professional services and materials 10. (1) The Company shall, for the purposes of this Agreement —

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Other Professional Services We will provide you the various implementation-related services itemized in the Investment Summary and described in the Statement of Work.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
