CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE Sample Clauses

The 'CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE' clause defines the customer's obligation to supply certain resources, information, or access necessary for the service provider to fulfill their contractual duties. In practice, this may require the customer to deliver data, grant access to facilities, or make personnel available within specified timeframes. By clearly outlining these responsibilities, the clause ensures that the service provider can perform their work efficiently and helps prevent delays or disputes arising from missing or late customer inputs.
