Customer Environment definition

Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.
Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment. “IP” means Internet Protocol.
Customer Environment means the systems, platforms, services, software, devices, sites and/or networks that Customer uses for its operations (exclusive of the subscribed Services).

  • Customer shall employ commercially reasonable and appropriate (as informed by applicable industry standards) physical, administrative, and technical controls, screening, and security procedures and other safeguards reasonably designed to securely administer the distribution and use of its account access credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Service and the Customer Environment.

  • Without limiting CoreWeave’s obligations under this Agreement, Customer is solely responsible for the Customer Environment.

  • Customer is responsible for any unauthorized access to or through the Customer Environment or Customer’s account (except to the extent caused by a breach of CoreWeave’s or its Subcontractor’s obligations under the Security Standards).

  • Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Agreement to the contrary, Customer is solely responsible for securing the Customer Environment and the Processed Customer Data, except to the extent a Security Incident impacting the Customer Environment and/or Processed Customer Data is caused by CoreWeave’s (or its Subcontractor’s) breach of the Security Standards.

  • For clarity, CoreWeave shall be primarily responsible to investigate, mitigate and cure any Security Incident occurring within the CoreWeave Systems, and Customer shall be primarily responsible to investigate, mitigate and cure any Security Incident occurring within the Customer Environment.


More Definitions of Customer Environment

Customer Environment means any networks and network devices, servers, server hardware, storage systems, computer systems, file systems, print systems, applications, software or software components, database management systems and related systems, used by the Customer or its Group from time to time;
Customer Environment means the computing environment: (a) that, as between the parties, is procured and maintained by, and under the control of, Customer; and (b) into which Customer may deploy certain elements of the Services for purposes of facilitating Customer’s storage and processing of Customer Data.
Customer Environment means the computing environment separately procured, prepared and maintained by you for the use and operation of the Software, which meets ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s then-current minimum system requirements.
