Ad Supported definition

Ad Supported means a transmission of audio that is made available to members of the general public without charge of any kind, directly or indirectly (i.e. not on a subscription basis or any other business model).
Ad Supported means the delivery and/or exhibition of a motion picture, television show or other entertainment product by means of over the air signals, cable, satellite or any other electronic or non-tangible means (whether now known or hereafter devised) where the consumer is required to view and/or is otherwise exposed to commercial messages or interruptions (whether display, interstitial or otherwise).
Ad Supported means the delivery and/or exhibition of content by any transmission means whether now known or hereafter devised where the consumer is required to view or is otherwise exposed to advertisement or other commercial interruptions whether display, interstitial or otherwise. Affiliates: means, in relation to a Party, each other entity which directly or indirectly Controls, is directly or indirectly Controlled by or is under direct or indirect common Control with, that Party from time to time. AVOD: means Ad Supported delivery and/or exhibition of the Local Series and/or Extended Content and/or any other content pursuant to this Agreement via On Demand, and in connection with which the consumer is not charged any fee or access charge, whether transactional, recurring, periodic or other. Basic Pay TV: means Linear television delivery and/or exhibition of the Local Series distributed by MVPD and/or vMVPD operators carrying the Licensed Channel, where the consumer is charged a recurring fee and/or periodic access fee for a specified level of programming where such exhibition is on a Linear (i.e. not on-demand) basis, and specifically excludes Premium Pay TV.

  • We do not endorse any third-party advertisement or promotional material (including the Promotional Materials) associated with Ad Supported Content in any manner and gives no warranty or other assurance in relation to any products or services featured in these advertisements and promotional materials.

  • Ad Supported Content may be streamed for playback through your Authorized Devices provided that the Ad Supported Content may be limited such that it is accessible by only one Authorized Device, at any one time.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Tier 2 Support means the Esri Technical Support provided to the Tier 1 Help Desk when a Case cannot be resolved through Tier 1 Support.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
